Alan is a bawarchi since 1994. He identifies as a hotelier, historian, storyteller, chef and proudly wears the moniker 'India's most trouble-making chef.'

Charles Carroll

Chairman, WCC 2026

The master of ceremonies at Wales, everything flowed through Chef Charles' hands. Immaculate in execution, the Congress hummed along seamlessly, at least for the delegates.

What passed behind the scenes? Well, he will spill the beans.

Ragnar Fridriksson

Managing Director, WACS

The man whose call every chef always takes, Ragnar has been at the centre of the revival of WACS for the last decade.

From a volunteer based social network, WACS is now a force to be reckoned with on the global stage. At Wales, his team were preparing for Paris 2028.

Andy Cuthbert*

President, WACS

The rainmaker, the communicator, the main man at WACS and at Wales.

The star everyone wanted to take a selfie with, Chef Andy kept a firm hand on the till and a smile on every face.
